Customer Care Executive

At New Touch, customer care executives help create an environment and culture that enable us to fulfil our mission of providing exceptional client service, follow-up, and scheduling their appointments with the Doctor. The ideal candidate is an extremely detail-oriented and multitasking individual who has experience or is a fresh graduate who can take on this challenging Job to grow the business. A person should have good communication & presentation skills.

Objectives of the Job:

  • Optimise office operations and oversee internal processes, supplies, and equipment
  • Generate a positive impression of our business by welcoming visitors, responding to requests, and supporting coworkers
  • Encourage efficient scheduling, workflows, communications, and office operations daily.
  • Recognise issues requiring immediate attention, and communicate to leadership any deviations from standard operating procedure

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors in a friendly manner; answer and redirect or answer phone calls; manage email, respond to enquiries and text messages
  • Oversee standard office equipment and supplies (such as printer, ink, toner, and paper), and report any malfunctions to the appropriate person or department
  • Maintain detailed calendars, coordinate schedules, prioritise meeting requests and logistics, and arrange all aspects of travel
  • Establish and maintain a record-keeping system for contacts, files, and customer records

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Graduate from any Stream
